BEFORE YOU START

Your questions, answered.

What exactly am I paying for?

Our professional fees cover agreed time, expertise and administrative support. Official or external charges are separate unless the written quotation expressly includes them.

Can you assist me from overseas?

Tell us your country of residence, the destination of the document and the receiving institution’s requirements. We’ll discuss available assistance for your circumstances.

Do you issue the certificates yourselves?

No. Fast Document Q provides private administrative assistance. Official certificates, authentication decisions and record changes are controlled by the relevant authorities.

Can you guarantee a processing date?

We can discuss your deadline and coordination options, but cannot guarantee an authority’s processing date, acceptance decision or record availability.

What happens if I cancel?

Fees for work properly completed and reasonable, authorised costs already incurred are assessed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Unused amounts and any statutory refund rights are considered separately.
